Sew Indie Month – SomaPatterns tutorial for a zero-waste Square Top

Hello chums!
As we near the end of September (Already!) and SewIndie 2015, I have the joy of sharing with you a tutorial by Sylvie from SomaPatterns for a zero-waste square top! This top uses clever seaming to give you a cowl neck top with a twist.
As part of her philosophy of elevating garment making to being more environmentally friendly, Sylvie has developed a line of zero-waste patterns. You can check out her winning designs for the Threads Magazine ‘no waste’ category too, where’s she developed a pretty epic ball gown! I am always amazed and in awe of the level of engineering that goes into being able to create wearable designs that literally use every last scrap of fabric from the yardage you bought.
Enough of my babbling… here is the tutorial!

Thank you Sylvie for sharing such a smart and seamingly simple (pun intended) tutorial.
