Definitions
The words or phrases in this document shall have the following meanings:
Order/Purchase: indicates the contract of sale between Maison Fleur and the customer of their online store.
Products: indicates all goods and services sold by Maison Fleur.
Delivery Process
Once a purchase is complete you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to automatically download the pattern file. You will have the ability to download and store the file up to 5 times. We cannot provide additional download links for lost or deleted files after these 5 downloads have been used up.
You will receive a separate email which is sent just after the order confirmation containing a link to download your pattern. If you don’t see this email please check your spam/junk box and spam settings.
Digital Format
The files you receive are in a .zip format that will need to be opened from a desktop computer. Note that portable devices cannot read .zip files. The .zip file will contain the following files compressed together: ‘Print at Home’ pattern, ‘Print at Copy Shop’ pattern and ‘Instructions Booklet’.
Print at Home
Our Patterns are able to be printed on both A4 and US letter sized paper. The pattern pieces will need to be assembled in tiles, a guide is provided on how to assemble the pattern and which pieces to print for each view.
For optimal results open the PDF in Adobe Reader, in the print options please check your print settings to ensure you’re printing the pages at 100%, no page scaling or fit to page. Click here for the free Adobe reader http://get.adobe.com/reader/ .
Printing Specific Sizes
The ‘Print at Home’ files have been created with the ability to select specific sizes prior to printing, to reduce the amount of distracting pattern lines for the user (E.g. If you are between size 6-8 on the size chart, print only size 6-8). Once you have chosen your size(s) according to the size chart, in Acrobat Reader, click on the layers icon while the file is open. Click on the eyeball icon to turn size layers on or off. Leave the bottom layer turned on as this contains vital pattern information (grainline etc).
Print at Copy Shop
The copy shop patterns have been designed to fit onto standard print paper sizes for Europe and USA. The file name will include the paper sizes it has been optimised for. E.g Paper Size A0 and USA E.
We cannot guarantee that all copy shops will be able to print these files but we have done our best to ensure they fit within standard paper sizing.

Lost Files
It is your responsibility to download and store your patterns promptly after your purchase. You are provided with the opportunity to download and store your patterns up to 5 times so be sure to save and backup your files. We cannot provide additional download links for lost or deleted files after these 5 downloads have been used up.
Returns
Due to the nature of digital products all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
Security/Privacy
We will never share, rent or sell any of your personal information. Any information you provide us, stays solely within Maison Fleur. Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared. See our Privacy policy for more details.
VAT tax on Digital Downloads
Starting January 1, 2015 a new European Union law has gone into effect affecting all sellers of digital files worldwide. For all EU customers the point of sale has moved from where the seller lives to where the purchaser lives. This means we are now legally required to charge you VAT tax for the country you purchase from. There is no minimum purchase involved in these transactions, all transactions are to be taxed.
